Service And Return Policy

1) Any repairs requiring additional parts or labor beyond written and approved quote must be approved by the customer prior to work performed.

2) UltraSonic Blind Cleaning (UBC) is an industry recognized cleaning method for many window covering products. However, this method may not remove some stains such as grease, paint or oxidization.

3) Peak Window Coverings will not be responsible for oxidized or loose paint, removal of stain or dye, or for fabric shrinkage or failure caused by the UBC process. Colorfastness is NOT guaranteed.

4) In no case shall the liability exceed the cost of services rendered.

5) All repairs are warranted for 6 months from the date of completion.

6) All products must be picked up within 60 days from the date of completion unless otherwise approved at time of service. Products that have not been retrieved after the 60 days may be disposed.

All orders with Peak Window Coverings are custom in nature. Once an order is placed and accepted by the fabricator, they cannot be cancelled, modified,  suspended or returned.

In the rare circumstance an order is placed with Peak Window Coverings and is cancelled PRIOR to entry and acceptance with our fabricators, we will honor a refund less any fees associated with product / labor for ancillary services (such as temporary shading products)  related to processing the original order.
