As of December 8, 2023, our lead times are as follows:
NEW PRODUCT ORDERS
MOST blinds/shade orders: 4-7 weeks average for delivery.
MOST shutter orders: 12 weeks (regular) or 5 weeks approximately (express) for delivery. Specialty orders are 14 weeks.
MOST specialty products: 6-8 weeks average for delivery.
MOST drapery products: 6-8 weeks average for delivery.
SunSetter Awnings: 10-12 weeks (SunSetter Factory and headquarters move is causing delays through 2023.)
REPAIR & CLEANING SERVICES
MOST repairs: 2 weeks (Unless prescheduled, which can be same day).
MOST cleanings: 2 weeks (Unless prescheduled, which can be same day).
Please note, we cannot guarantee all orders will follow these lead time averages. However, please know we will make every reasonable effort to keep your order or service moving in a timely manner.
