While our offices are closed, we will still provide services to select government and state projects, and all projects deemed “essential” by the state and federal governments. In addition, we will provide remote project services where possible and feasible to all other customers.
If you are a residential customer, who had a project scheduled for on site services (sales or installation) between 3/26 and 4/10/2020, you will receive a call and or email regarding the status and rescheduling of your project. If you need further information, or clarification, please call us at 719-262-0626.
Our commercial project quoting will continue electronically as normal, and has not been impacted by this stay-at-home order.
Materials and freight will still be received as normal, so project delays after the order has lifted are expected to me minimal.

Learn about our business practices & lead times during COVID-19:
We want to thank all of our customers for their continued patronage! The national response to Covid has been unprecedented and we are still grappling with the aftermath of closures, material supply chain issues, etc. As such, we are continuing to navigate delays on procuring some materials from the manufacturers and suppliers, so we have provided this list to show our current estimated lead times. These lead time estimates are good as of February 2021.
As of Mid-February 2021, our lead times are as follows:

Our on site services have not been impacted, and we are following all local and state safety guidelines to keep our customers and our staff healthy. This includes full PPE (safety gear and masks) for all on site sales, services and installations.
